Welcome to the Northwest Chapter of the Wooden Canoe Heritage Association (WCHA)

The Northwest Chapter of the Wooden Canoe Heritage Association is dedicated to serving wooden canoe enthusiasts in the Pacific Northwest of the United States
and Canada. The NW Chapter is dedicated to preserving, studying, building, restoring and using wooden canoes and disseminating information on canoeing heritage in North America.

The NW Chapter has two Events per year, the Spring Rendezvous and the Fall meet.  These meets typically will have a variety of canoe related programs and wood canoes, including Old Town, Chestnut, Willits, and other manufacturers.  Check out the Events page for upcoming events
